Correct answer: B. Both (A) and (R) are correct but (R) is not the correct explanation of (A)(A) और (R) दोनों सही हैं, परंतु (R), (A) की सही व्याख्या नहीं है

Explanation

According to the threshold view, a minimum level of intelligence is needed for creativity, so (A) is correct. It is also true that high intelligence does not guarantee creativity, so (R) is correct. But (R) only shows intelligence is not sufficient; it does not explain why some intelligence is necessary. Hence both are correct but (R) is not the correct explanation of (A).
