Correct answer: D. Education and degrees

Explanation

Command over Hindi, knowledge of literature and knowledge of language-teaching methods are the professional qualities peculiar to a Hindi teacher. Education and degrees are a general eligibility requirement for every teacher of every subject, so they are not a special quality of the Hindi teacher.
