Correct answer: C. Baba Chaurangi Nath

Explanation

According to the tradition, Puran Bhagat, the prince of Sialkot who was wrongly punished by his father, became a disciple of Guru Gorakhnath and took the name Chaurangi Nath. He is revered in Haryana and Punjab folk tradition. Hence the answer is Baba Chaurangi Nath.
